On November 13, Felix Unger was asked to remove himself from his place of residence. That request came from his wife. Deep down, he knew she was right, but he also knew that someday, he would return to her. With nowhere else to go, he appeared at the home of his childhood friend, Oscar Madison.

Highlight of the whole franchise was the triple play that Felix made Oscar miss in the movie. Filmed at Shea, it makes a great trivia question as to the participants. Jack Fisher pitches to Mazeroski who hits into a perfect 5-4-3 DP, Boyer to Buchek to Kranepool. Mazeroski did it in one take but originally they used Roberto Clemente. They just couldn't do it with him as he beat the throw to first everytime and it was getting late, they needed to get the game on and Fisher was throwing too many pitches, so they looked around for whoever looked slow and Maz was it.
