just because the player says he is a number one doesn't mean anything he was paid as a number two and he has shown little to no proof otherwise to be anything but what he is...
usually a number two is that possession receiver but with the amount of drops he has had literally more than his entire first four years in the league he has had this season that is horrible... but he is not the only reason that shit has gone wrong...
will he be here for the duration of his contract, no one knows not even the coaching staff, front office or the player at this point who could always try to get traded or ask for his release...
but right now he is fighting and kind of producing...

Titans wanted nothing to do with him. Of course the Jets break the bank for a #2 at best WR.
I think he is a detriment to the offense and specifically the QB on this team, because they are under the impression he is a "Number 1" option on this team.
1.) drops are horrendous.
2.) poor route runner, and a little bit clumsy.
3.) tips too many balls.

He has clearly showed everyone that he is a #2, now we need to go draft a true #1. Hopefully the QB's will stop treating him like a #1 and force feeding him, and rather spread the ball and hit the open man.

Cory is a good #2. He is a quality complementary receiver….. but as a main focus offensively….not a chance. But in a quality passing offense, you can play effectively without a prototypical #1. KC plays with Tyreek Hill, Hardman, Pringle and Kelce. None of those are a prototypical #1. And some may say Moore could be considered our 1
