For comparative purposes, if we look at Mamet's Glengarry Glen Ross, Jonathan Gannon forgot the tried and true mantra, "always be closing". Instead, he and the Eagles wound up with steak knives.

After the game, I was convinced Arizona would cancel the interview with Gannon. Indy, too, with Shane Steichen. That guy was as bad in the second half of the SB as our dope Saleh was with the Niners. Again, taking nothing away from Mahomes, Andy and the Chiefs, just couldn't close it out.
