Baker May Have Caught A Break!

What has come out against Deshaun Watson this week with 2 more women ready to lodge complaints against him totaling 24, Baker "May" have caught a break. Knowing Goodell and his "Appease Anybody" policy, while Watson is probably a POS, the NFL is often "guilty until proven innocent".
Watson just might be in orange regardless.

He probably won't be in orange...unless there were cameras in the rooms. In fact, it probably won't get past a grand jury (which is sad). But he's going to have to pay to make this go away.

Honestly, I don't know why people on this forum are so hard on Mayfield. I don't think the Jets have ever put up the numbers he did in a 4-year stretch....outside of Pennington. If we were getting similar production out of Wilson, people on this forum would treat him like he was the next Tom Brady.

Mayfield has gotten a lot of criticism that’s been unfair. But he’s also been given a pretty damn good supporting cast and come up short. He’s an average NFL QB. But talent wise, there’s no question that Watson is better. Even if Watson’s a pervert.

JMO , but NFL shouldn’t do a thing until a Court and Trial convicts him. NFL could penalize, suspend him on his shameful acts embarrassing the NFL. I like the NFL sticking to League and stay out of Court Laws judging and judgments of Players. That’s not their business, its Football and making Players obey their League rules. NFL is opening the door to big media headache if they keep acting like a court of law and jury convicting Players before our courts doing so.
