1st off, get rid of the dead weight $$ in the locker room and don't resign players that just aren't worth it:
Stevan Ridley
Stephen Bowen
Jeff Cumberland
Geno Smith
Demario Davis
Willie Colon
Leger Douzable
Kellen Davis
Ben Iljiana
Dee Milliner
Ryan Quigley
Zac Stacy
Calvin Pace
Breno Giacomini
2nd Re-structure contracts- D'Brick, Revis,Cromartie, Carpenter, Harris, Decker
3rd- sign our own that are worth it.
*Damon Harrison
*Bilal Powell-out of all of our free agents, i think this is a must. He excelled under Gailey's system and he may well be entering his prime. Cannot let this guy go.
*Ryan Fitzpatrick-They guy was spectacular this year. He won the respect of every player in that locker room. Plus, his tutelage of his game towards Bryce Petty on how to be a professional in this league can't be over compensated.
*Chris Ivory (at the right price)
*Erin Henderson
3b)-Franchise Mo Wilkerson-He just beasted this season under Bowles system. Though if some one wants to give us 2 first rounders for him, so be it.
4rth rack up draft picks- Trade Sheldon Richardson, dude is one strike away from missing the entire season and killing cash in which could have gone else where. We have his replacement on Leonard Williams. Trade Kerely, it's evident he just doesn't fit into Gailey's system and the punt return game dies out there with him racing to the sidelines.
5th-Sign free agents that don't bind your cap space for years. We dont need to sign big time players. The core is there, especially if we re-sign our own. IMHO, Shane Lechler is a free agent, our Punter situation has sucked to put it mildly. Time to sign the best in the game.
6th-Trade for a player(s) if it will promote a healthy competition for the position but will not disturb our cap in the future.
7th-Let Mac be Mac on draft day. He did superb last April/May.
