You can survey it if you want too, dreamer, but you are not obligated to do so, you can just pick whoever you would pick and then deal with the incoming :scarface-smiley-emo, thats the downside to picking for the Jets, you can't make everybody happy, I've learned that a long time ago and I'm sure there will be some people who don't like what I do for the Jets in RD 1.

I've been doing these mocks since forever, I've had the Jets many times, and if everyone likes the pick it will be the first time, there's usually at least two or three guys who will insist you should have taken somebody else.

I don't want to sign up because I'd be BY FAR the most clueless GM of the group.

Having said that, every draft has that "what were they thinking?!?!?" moment anyway, so if you can't find enough people put me in (I'll definitely be around enough to participate). Worst case I'll just scope other mock drafts to see what choice would be least head-scratching.
