What would help our o line, is actually drafting guys worth a damn. How many linemen have we selected the last 6 years that all can't hack it? A first round linemen would obviously reduce future desperation, but how many late round busts do we need to draft? If a couple of these guys could hold the fort, and maybe one could develop it would be helpful.

Look I agree I don't use stats all the time for everything. If you look at the 65 & 66 Dodgers against the same year Giants you would think the Giants won by six or more games each year.....but they did not LOL.

The Line for the jets last year was average to good if you use strat-o-matic as an example LOL.

& in crunch time to me below Average.....Remember who they played last year.

The best player available last year, was the best player in the draft. It was such a no-brainer, it was unbelievable.

It will be a tackle, or outside linebacker. I'll be proven right

Actually it won't prove anything. Excellent possibility the BAP will be a OLB'er, or OT.

About 70% of the mocks have been picking an OLB'er as the BAP at 20 for months

Overwhelmingly, the deepest position in the draft is on the defensive line.

...and CB; would not be shocked if Apple is the pick. Lou, you are absolutely right about the OL. It is an intriguing group with probably 4-5 1st round OTs, 2 Cs going in the 1st 2 rounds and a couple of attractive Gs as well.

I wouldn't be surprised either....Mac will go BPA.... It might even be Treadwell if he is there

Yep, IMO Macc will do exactly what he said he would do, select BAP, with need as a tie breaker. There's several 1st round OT's, several 1st round pass rushers.

Every draft, for one reason or another, some one slides. it could be a surprise pick that the Jets have graded top ten, and is there at 20.

Who knows we may have 2 first rounders.
