I am being lobbied by nfluk to vote Tom Brady as BBC Overseas Sports Personality of the Year. Obviously they don't understand the significance of the Jet logo in my preferences, I would sooner chew broken glass.
'Overseas' (from our perspective), certainly. 'Sports', I suppose so. 'Personality', ??? I might as well vote for Bellichick, at least he's the organ grinder. If I had to nominate an NFL player as a sports personality it would be Aaron Rodgers, with his fantasy love affair with the Khaleesi from Game of Thrones.
