He has one last pathetic resort - trying to go to SCOTUS, and I think they have much more important things to do.
Just take the friggin' suspension like ANY other player in the league, you PAMPERED PRETTY BOY JERKOFF CHEATER!
Take your medicine like a MAN. Instead he plays pussy and everyone in NE thinks he's a hero. There's way tyoo many dingbats in this group of states, minus ME obviously...
When the redskins and cowboys manipulated their contracts to cram $$ into the uncapped year, the NFL came along and punished them for salary cap avoidance
Brady and the Pats intentionally renegotiated his contract to put almost all of his compensation into a bonus and minimum compensation into salary, to avoid the economic impact of the suspension. under the same authority used in the Skins/Cowboys case, when a transaction is structured to evade the impact of a valid decision by the commissioner, the NFL should deem a normal (for Brady) portion of the bonus to be annual salary and include it in the suspension effects.
Brady announced at 12:30 that he is dropping the lawsuit and will take the 4-game suspension.
The irony will be that the Pats will go 4-0 with Garapolo under center....
This punishment is actually illegal. It's collusion of the owners to have a handshake deal to not pay players. I have no clue how this isn't in court. When the redskins and cowboys manipulated their contracts to cram $$ into the uncapped year, the NFL came along and punished them for salary cap avoidance

It wouldn't be the owners alone, the nflpa should have complained that the owners colluded to keep salaries down, and even punished teams that acted legally. It's not in court because not every team whines and cries the way the Patriots do.
But you're right. Snyder and Jones had more of a case against the league than Brady did.
