Absolutely, he can. For several reasons. First and foremost the criticism on him is the same DeSean Jackson had when he was young and still has to a degree. Might be to light to be durable for an entire season. But Anderson looks like he can take a hit. Wouldn't hurt him to bulk up a little bit. If Anderson went to a big time school he would have been drafted.... Anyway, with that said. The things that will make Anderson a #2 WR.
1. He is not afraid of contact
2. He catches the ball with his hands and at the highest point
3. Unmatched Speed
4. He played in the slot a bit last year and did very well ( so he can move around)
5. He's 6'3" and he can put on another 15 lbs and not lose any speed
As an undrafted rookie, in a terrible offense where he wasn't utilized by the QB most of the year, he performed well
The last 4 of 5 games of the year he averaged about 4/5 catches a game and 70 yds a game. And again that was in an offense that was awful.
