Can Zach be the leader of Jets?

Zach has a marginally better completion % which is creeping towards 60%. Zach has taken 33 sacks this year in 9 games. He had 23 last year in 9 games. WORSE. He had 6 TD's and 7 INT's last year in 9 games and he had 5 TD's and 6 INT's this year. SIMILAR. He has 5 fumbles this year vs 1 last year. WAY WORSE and I would argue fumbles are worse than INT's. So for all the fans who say he has made progress I would suggest he is the same in some categories and worse in others. He is allergic to the red zone. Fans are desperate for any sigh of progress with Zach and he really is what he is. 5 years from now he might be a serviceable backup if he learns anything from Aaron next year. Blame on the Jets. Blame it on coaching. Or maybe blame it on the player. Where it's not Zach's fault is he didn't decide to be drafted #2. Thats just a bad scouting and a desperate GM who now won't admit his mistake.

I'll mention the other QB's running the same offence with the same shit OL being better than Zach, one a guy that has barely played in his career and got himself a move to the Ravens on the back of his performance with us (of course, we were that stupid we let him go back to PS lol)

But every other qb that we put in since Zach has gotten knocked out behind this line. If Mike White wasn’t injured, he might still be playing…

Zach FLASHES. I've watched Him make great throws and miss easy ones, as we all have. The Kid can't put it all together. The mental and the physical aren't coming together for Him, or have come together as much as they are going too.

I don't buy the Jets " ruined" Zach. That's bullshit IMO. I'm not making excuses for anyone on the CS or front office. They drafted Him, he's their responsibility. I'm saying there wasn't much there to ruin in the first place and Zach should never had been drafted 2nd overall. 4th or 5th rounder at best. Too damn short. No feel or instinct for the game, etc and so forth. I could go on and on but I'm not going too. We all know the reasons why Zach is not a starting NFL QB. The Jets made the error in drafting Zach and expecting more from Him than He was capable of doing. In other words, Zach sucks and should have never been drafted as a QB1. GM and HC are responsible for all.
