The Jets look like they are going to have a decent staff so far. One problem is that most of the coaches have been promoted to their current job for the first time. Going to be some growing pains. Gailley has been there, and done that. He should be a steading hand with all these new guys.

Another plus is that he seems to have accepted the fact that he is a good OC, and a bad HC. He should be able to advise Bowles on the pitfalls, and problems a good coordinator has when he becomes a HC.

My fear is that this will probably be his last gig, and very possibility he doesn't want to do it with a stiff like Smith at QB. The good sign is he used the word "we" when talking about the Jets offense

If this is a matter of money, that he wants to be paid a lot more then what an OC usually gets. Pay the man Woody

Wouldn't it be funny if the hang up with Gailey was that he wants to bring in Sanchez? LOL

i am not a sanchez fan but after what i saw he did with the eagles I can honestly say he is better than geno

He took over a 6-2 team in contention for NFC postseason home field advantage and buttfumbled them to 4-4 and out of the playoffs entirely
