After the Faiders loss to Miami and general slump in the second half of the season (Jets giveaway excepted) Chucky could be available. I know he still has some fans here.
I've never understood this approach. If a guy becomes available due to failures, why should he be seen as anything approaching an attractive candidate? The same attitude I have towards Jim Harbaugh; he wore out his welcome in SF despite some success there, and has been thoroughly mediocre for Michigan, and yet some fans and posters are like "oh goody, we might be able to get him now!"

I do understand that there could be coaches who failed in their first go-round and could be way better with another chance after learning their lessons of where they went wrong the first time - a la Belichick, and I am okay with taking a chance on such a candidate when there is reason to think so. But guys who've been coaching for a long time like Harbaugh and Chuckie - umm, no thanks.
