If Bowles, Maccagnan, and Gailey love Mariota, think he is one of those rare players, and agree to stake their collective futures on him, they HAVE to do whatever it takes to get him.

Could not agree more. I stressed this in another thread. Personally, i wouldn't trade up, but if the Jets do in fact pull the trigger, then i have to place my trust in this regime who have absolutley revamped the whole organization from inside out.
