Well, it is official now and posted on the Jets web site. I'm just expecting that they will give 33 back to him but I'm sure we will find out about that soon enough.

OK this is getting old. Cioffi has been waived again to make room for RB Pete Guerriero. Did we really need another RB ? Cioffi probably won't want to sign again after what they've put him through.
