Devin Smith has been M.I.A. the last two off seasons, the only way to develop this bum is to do it during the season... Live reps for a player that is one-dimensional is easy to defend... He is very much in need of more practice reps at least another week after this to get him into game shape not to mention figure out if we can take advantage of his athleticism in some way... Keeping him inactive on the Monday night is smart, he hasn't earned his role yet...
