Jackson can’t be a hard pass TCT! Yes he will require a trade and a huge pay day but he’s a beast! His biggest problem is his health. We’ll never know if he can get that under wraps but if he can, HOW COULD YOU NOT WANT HIM?

He’s still very young, drafted the same year as J. Allen, Mayfield and Darnold. A league MVP, so he’s a proven superstar player. He’s a passing and a running threat. He’s pretty accurate and has a gun. He has it all in one package!

He’ll literally throw for over 3,000 yards and 20 plus TDs and run for 700-1,000 plus yards and run for another 5-10 TDs. Imagine that on this team with Breece Hall, Garrett Wilson, Elijah Moore, Micheal Carter and our TEs.

How could you not be rooting for this, I don’t get it???

Baltimore doesn't want him for a reason. And I say the reasons are his durability. Having to completely change an offense. And now I'm thinking there might be some issues with him not trying to come back. And thats a huge red flag IMO. Don't forget 3-4 1st round picks and a mega contract for a guy who has won ONE playoff game. He is fun to watch, but I want no part of that. We could have drafted him. Very Jetsy thing to do is to mortgage their entire future for a player they could have drafted.

Lamar finished his contract with the Ravens. Turned down $250mm over 5. Too rich for our blood, and he is overpricing himself I think.

The low guaranteed $ in that offer was why he turned it down....

They will tag him for as long as possible to avoid the long term commitment because of the injury risk.

Think hes more likely to be a tag and trade option. Better to trade him for a first then wait for a third round comp pick at best.

TCT, here’s the link of the Jet fan explaining what happened between him and Joe D. After hearing his side of the story, if he’s telling the truth then I can understand his side. Not saying I agree with it or I would have done that myself but I understand.

I’m not a season ticket holder and didn’t spend a 1,000 plus dollars on tickets and parking passes etc. etc… To watch this team collapse when it mattered most. I watched them collapse every game on Direct TV, that I got for free. I didn’t go to that Jaguars game in the pouring rain and watch the bullshit they produced on the field.

I considered going but I didn’t after their past 2-3 straight losses. Point being, my or our frustration isn’t his and I wasn’t there in his shoes. If I was, I’d like to think I would have made the smarter decision and left it alone but maybe I would have done the same thing! You never know what y’all do in any situation until you’re actually in it!

Besides, if what he said is true it’s not like he crossed any lines. That was basic heckling 101. Why Joe D couldn’t handle that I don’t know but maybe he did hit a truth button. Sometimes the truth really hurts and I guess Joe D just had enough!

All these what ifs along with all these know it all, linking the Jets to these signal callers is bogus reports just phishing right now. Get a guy like Monken, a player like Minshew makes viable success while incorporating the new offense which opens the door to try to salvage Zach's N.Y. career. Get someone like Frank Reich will require a pocket passer like Mike White or drafting a Tanner McKee. Let's just hold off on all the speculations before we make a significant roster moves and there will be some, since we are in cap hell for 2023.
