Never saidLazard maybe your option as 3rd best on the team, but to Aaron Rodgers it is his mid to deep outlet is one of his go to guys. Garrett Wilson is known from last year to climb the ladder at every level add in Mecole Hardman's underneath routes, and after burners after the catch those three give Rodgers three solid options. For anyone who thinks we are passing the ball more because Aaron is here is clueless. You do not draft Breece Hall yes coming off his injury and sign someone like Dalvin Cook to pair with Mike Carter to pass the ball...
Rodgers and Brownlee (one name) have been working well together. The coaches have nothing but good things to say about Charles and Brownlee, now if either or make the roster they will have a quarterback that knows how to throw them open, how to coach them on the field and work with them on the sidelines to make sure they understand what they are suppose to be doing. Not to mention having a veteran in Randall Cobb to help them understand what Aaron Rodgers expects from them.
Make no mistake we have the ultimate receiving tight end in veteran CJ Uzomah which should alleviate the stress of what everyone thinks is a limited core group of receivers.
Alex Erickson a 7 year pro is also on the roster right now but have not heard anything about his importance this camp and if he has made any splash or definitive plays to open the door for him making the active 53.
Like I said the team has reached out to several teams about some potential low end moves but nothing substantial to this point. There has been no news about Davante Adams outside the media trying to stir the pot.
These are low end options the team could kick the can for:
Anthony Schwartz, Browns
Greg Ward, Eagles
Hunter Renfrow, Raiders
Mike Evans, Buccaneers
Michael Gallup, Cowboys
And I again do not believe even though we have the cap space for a Davante Adams contract, the trade would be expensive because the Raiders would want to redeem all those draft picks they gave to Green Bay for him. Same goes for any 1a type receiver out on the market which there has been some noise about players like Van Jefferson, Rams and Jerry Jeudy, Broncos.
Lazard was only Rodgers go to last year and that's because they had nothing at WR. Doesnt change the fact that hi si dealing with an injury at this time.Lazard maybe your option as 3rd best on the team, but to Aaron Rodgers it is his mid to deep outlet is one of his go to guys. I didn't say you said Adams that is what the media is saying. Regardless of injuries after the Gints game they have 2 weeks to prepare for the opener and expect the majority of the current injured players to be ready to hit the season running full steam.Never said

I never said we we should be going after Adam's, in fact I shot that down when it was brought up.
I also never said we were going to be passing more but there will be times when we have to pass.
My opinion is that we are thin at WR and should add a capable WR. Renfrow from your list would be a great option , Evans would be my first choice but don't think the Bucs move him.
Yea that’s what I saidRenfrow from your list would be a great
QB pressure will determine thatThe real test is how dangerous can our defense be?
I Love this idea. Lawson is injured though right? Read something about a back injury. If they can keep Huff they should. I just have a feeling He's going to Take Off this Season.Believe the Broncos want a 2nd round pick for Jerry Jeudy? This might be the move that would solve most qualms from some arm chaired quarterbacks to bolster the receiving room. Being Jeudy's contract is hefty maybe JD can swing it to be a 3rd and a player like a Bryce Hall or even Carl Lawson (entering into his contract year). Only reason Lawson would be in play is because if the coaches have faith in JFM, Jermaine Johnson, Bryce Huff and rookie Will McDonald IV to be more than enough to carry the load from the EDGE DE role. Add in Clemons who plays more inside but can play at DE as well.
Jeudy would be a solid #2 and with Rodgers throwing the ball, maybe even a 1a.I Love this idea. Lawson is injured though right? Read something about a back injury. If they can keep Huff they should. I just have a feeling He's going to Take Off this Season.
I'm all for adding a guy if it makes sense. Adding Jeudy is a no brainer at the right price.
If they can offset the cost I say go for it.
I think you will see a WR and an OL added with cuts looming but it may not be a " household name". Lol.

I think the D will be top 5 if not higher. Going to come down to the LBs and safeties. Up front should dominate.I didn't say you said Adams that is what the media is saying. We have a plethora of skilled players at every position. We have just enough talent spread throughout this roster to be lethal. Yes we are likely one man shy on the OL to be really competitive otherwise we have all the talent on the offensive side to put up points.
The real test is how dangerous can our defense be?
the word is and probably will see this Saturday vs the GintsI think the D will be top 5 if not higher. Going to come down to the LBs and safeties. Up front should dominate.
Hunter Renfrow is the slot receiver (starter) they are not shopping him but the Raiders will take phone calls on any player on their roster but will take substantial offer for them to even entertain.Yea that’s what I said
He could be Aaron’s next Jordy
The guy just knows how to work himself open
And Aaron loved that as he reads the field as fast as any QB I’ve seen
Any rumors? @gmf1369 ?
You’ve heard
Lol and that as they say is that.
@Retired AFA It was a jokeYeah, probably. That and/or put a RB as WR 6.
It's DB Hall. Huff is on the d-line. You can't get anything for Hall. But you can clear up 2.6 mil in cap space and grab someone off of waivers for minimum who might actually contribute. Carter will stay because Bam came down with a case of fumblitis and Triyardspercarrius. Also, Carter looks good.$10.5 million will go a long way for a good Offensive tackle. Trade a 3rd Rd pick, DB Huff and or RB Carter, DE Lawson. While clearing up more cap space.
Hall with a 2.6 million/year contract isn't worth anything. At veteran's minimum, he's probably worth something. But I wouldn't give up anything for a guy who's no better than anyone on the waiver wire and costs more. You have to give up something to get something. Granted DB Hall is nothing but a throw in, that's where we get our case of roasted peanuts.
@Retired AFA It was a joke:
I wasn't posting this in regards to what you wrote. I posted it in a trade I (me) thought the JETS needed Offensive line help and the players we could trade.
