Yeah I did notice that, which is strange unless he has something in the works with another team. I believe he is from South Florida, so you would figure it would be a preferred destination for him.
He is a local kid , grew up not far from the Stadium. Played for Miami Central H.S.
Think he is looking to steer clear of past acquaintances if story is true.I know he often stayed in Tallahassee on breaks for that reason.

The Jets did offer a base line contract with incentives, believe it is a two year deal but the contract is not what he was expecting to get and the Jets actually went higher than Joe Douglas is known to throw at RBs. Do not have the figures but believe the ball park is $5 M base with 3 in incentives... what I heard, not guaranteed 100%
It is actually a great offer for Dalvin, the second year is basically the same money but hardly no guarantees.
