Douglas should tell Adams to get his ass in his office and make it clear it's not a request. Then he needs to tell Adams that if he ever ties to tell him how to do his job again he will kick his punk ass from one end of the facility to the other. And that if Adams tries to force the jets to trade him he will send him to Cincinnati for a pizza and a 6 pack.
The guy became a dick once he took the job as an analyst.
