Jags seem like the obvious match. They have a defense that already has a great pass rush without the ill-fitting Fowler, but a question with Bortles at QB. To me, a deal makes a ton of sense.
Jags can't really afford Teddy. They can't afford to pay Bortles and Teddy. Bortles cap hit if cut is $26 million. Teddy would add $10-15 million, remember his contract is $5 million plus incentives. Fowler is getting $7 million so they would save that. They are also well over next year's cap so they don't have the ability to restructure other deals.
