Days until training camp/Schedule released

This time of year is literally the calm before the storm. It is the quietest time for football, but it is also the final phase of the off-season prior to Training Camp.

Last year it was Thursday, July 24. This year maybe it will be Thurs July 23. That would leave 24 days. Doesn't sound like much. Can that be right?

Actually, this countdown sounds early. I think it's more like 30 days till training camp. Their first per-season game isn't until 8/13 @ Detroit. Usually TC is slighy more than 2 weeks prior to the first game. I think 7/29 sounds about right. I haven't seen where the Jets have announced when TC starts.

Me too. I was so disappointed that he won a ring with the pats and took me a while to get over it but now that I'm over it, I am stoked to see what this dline could do with a defensive back corps like ours.
