I'm approaching CB position cautiously this season - not sure what Hall is....top half of #2's?. I don't think we need a #1 if they get the right front 7. I think he was up and down a bit but that was likely learning curve related. Big year in 2022 to solidify/identify who he really is as a CB.
unless something strange happens in the draft like a top tier prospect falls, i don't think we should get all hot & bothered in draft; or FA for that matter at CB.
the learning curve you spoke of looked like it was coming on strong at the end. that group was my favorite to watch.
