Adam Gase wants players to fall inline with him as the conductor, but publicly at press conferences he wants players to talk to him but that is far from the truth... When someone speaks up, he doesn't seem to care so what happens next is a player speaks out in an unordinary way and that player is shown the door with no way of returning regardless if that player was a staple or franchise corner piece drafted and spent his entire career with the said team now being coached by Gase...
Gase wants inferior players, then uses the excuse that he doesn't have talent to execute his game plan... The players he does have lack the skill set that is required to make his imaginary game plan work in any way... Gase alienates top level players because he doesn't know or want to use them in the way they should be used... Some say he is self-serving but in reality he is wrapped up in his play book that only works in practice...

Hoping Q would respond in kind, which Enunwa took the bait and was placed on IR then released with injury settlement this is what happens when you are no longer a team Gase player...
Then this year off of last year Star safety Jamal Adams used social media to get out of the cult called Gase... Took a few weeks later after Bell was healthy enough to come off short term IR, Le'Veon was simply released another top player regardless of the shape he may have been in jettisoned and the team keeps on reverting to a practice squad talent leveled team as Gase is getting his way to prove his play book can make even Division Three players shine on any given Sunday... Now sitting winless in five weeks, it is only a matter of time that the Johnsons' will have to come to a decision on Joe Douglas the GM or Adam Gase the delusional head coach, play caller that continues each week to set a new low...
