Giants would be smart to take 2 Offensive Linemen with their first two #1's.
Giants like a third round prospect that fits their needs but Neal would solve the right tackle problem and help bolster their pass protection while improve their run blocking.
they could always go Ickey from NC State but Neal solves bigger need of replacing that former Patriot that seems like he is still milking their pockets.
