And when he did it before he shitcanned his brother in order to become a paid mascot with free tickets, no PSLs, free road trips and paid promos

I agree. No man is better than an entire group or bigger than the group however when attending these games it was noticeable that the crowd was not the same since he left.

Team tried different methods to get the chant back up but nothing stuck.

Having said that, forget Ed, just win and the crowd will be pumped. I still remember in 09 when they put up that siren when our defense came up, MetLife was rocking. The Chant was good but we were loud because we believed in the team.

In that game against the Pats after rex "called" all season tickets to make noise; it was incredible. We don't need Ed to come back. It'd be nice but meh.

Last few years, our team sucked so much on defense at getting stops on third down that the fans didn't care to stand up.

Just win and the atmosphere will follow.
