i think pereira is being naive or is voicing his own wishful thinking..

the league has shown their fanbase just how stupid they believe us to be with the handling (beginning-middle-end) of the ray rice debacle..

or maybe they treat us like "heroin addicts" who will tolerate any indignities from our NFL pushers as long as we get our next "fix.."

a combination of the two seems the most likely to me..

I saw this on another site. He says this is cheating and will be dealt with harshly. No mincing words. Not "might be" but "will be." It's the most encouraging thing I've seen that there might actually be something significant done. But I wonder if he knew about the reports that the nfl is having trouble finding evidence when this recording was made?
