Tom Brady also convinced Arians to change his offense which he would never do before. Look at the early season games and Bradys interceptions. Arians adapted for the first time in his career, added motion pre snap , and the offense was transformed

Feeling much better about this Zack Wilson pick. Now that the Jets traded up and drafted the USC olinemen. A-plus draft all around Jets!

I think the best 3 QBs went where they should. Dont buy in to Firlds terrible arm motion to fix. Espn stinks slamming Jets pick and saying he hasnt played anyone. But Lance from N Dak not one word about that div. Espn has got to biased and not sports . Ill never watch crap again. NFL chan. said all great about Wilson.

JD and Saleh is giving Wilson true protection and weapons to be successful year one and beyond I must admit. I’m sure they are not done and will keep it coming. So if he doesn’t make it happen by year 2-3 at worst than this is on him. I think we all can agree on that. I still am very reserved on the Wilson pick but I feel much better about his chances of success now. He appears to have the talent, a good head on his shoulders and the right mentality to get the job done. I’m hopeful for the kid and look forward to the season.

IMO the 49ers could have stayed at #12 and still got their QB. I see Wilson as another Drew Brees (I hope). I'm just worried about the right side of the Offensive line. Not really the side the RB's will run to.

I also hope Wilson is the one for us. He seems like a great guy but I want him to be a killer on the field. Just like Joe Montana was for the Niners. Enjoyed putting the dagger in opposing teams. That is the mentality I want for the Jets team going forward with Saleh.

I read an interview yesterday in which a teammate said they Wilson would not let the guy leave a rec room until Wilson won a ping pong game. Underneath the baby face, we got a killer.

Honestly, I recall reading or hearing something similar about SamD. Extremely competitive, yada, yada, yada... That narrative didn't fit his demeanor, but Wilson appears to be different. Just the draft day walk to the stage where he was low-fiving all of the Jet fans, seems to fit his narrative. Plus, coming from the back of the pack and having a legitimate chip on his shoulder is reason enough to belief the fire is real. I've got high hopes for the kid, particularly the way they have started to surround him with an appropriate level of support. Another draft and a couple of years under his belt, we should be a dangerous team. Just my glass half-full opinion.

Well, a team needs a triumvirate Of GM, Coach, and qb. Wilson has to prove himself, of course, but I really believe that we are on the right track now.
