Fant to move to RT. Brown to LT.

Wonder if they discussed it with him before signing Brown
I think it is what has to be done. Fant is a better fit at LT, but he at least has RT experience, whereas Brown has none.
Offensive line is above average at best. Brown is wait and see at LT. LG and RG are solid. Center is iffy. RT is iffy.
It might be above average at best, but it is average at worst.
3 reasons for hope with Fant at RT.
1. Playing next to AVT instead of GVR
2. Not playing for Adam Gase
3. Playing in a scheme that fits him better
Fant is a team player. He has also played on the opposite side from Brown while in Seattle. This was the right move for this situation.

it all depends on what Brown brings to LT and Fant to RT.
That is a huge question, but how much of the question mark is the different systems under Gase and LaFleur. That is not a new thought on this thread, but I think it should be re-said (if that is even a word/contraction).
There was a lot of animosity toward Gase. It may prove why Fant played poorly at RT.

From what I have heard, Fant will do whatever the Jets want him to do (moving to RT) if it will help the team.
Then he deserves to stick around
There is a clip of an interview on the jets site of him saying exactly that.
Becton said the same thing also. What else are they going to say in a presser? ... eff that ish? Even if Fant felt that way, he wouldn't air his laundry at a presser.
From Fant’s statements I’m pretty sure he isn’t thrilled about it, but he’ll do the team player thing and say he’s alright with it.
He was better at LT than RT. There must be a comfort level there. Hopefully his experience at RT will be enough.
