I remember two late Barkum catches
1. The tying TD in the 51 - 45 game with no time on the clock
2. An earlier one from Todd that got the Jets into a home playoff game that they lost on a late pick in the EZ that killed a last seconds drive

Why would O'B be throwing bombs to Victor Green
Mine is the same as fellow old geezer Savage altho I didn't see Supe 3 on TV for about 25 years as I was in beautiful Pleiku at the time of that game
I never liked O'Brien for 3 reasons 1 We could have had Marino,2 He never won a playoff game,and 3 only Jet QB without a rushing TD. Namath had 7 and played with knee braces. Kenny fans always blamed the O-line but OB was a statue that pigeons used to crap on he was so immobile plus he never learned to throw the ball away..

was to young to care about the mechanics and everything that I do now. I just loved watching him throw the ball had one of the strongest arms i have ever seen and pretty accurate. I think he won the QB challenge one time also.
Favorite Jets Memory
I guess my favorite memory is Sanchez's first game in Houston. I actually met him, Keller and Fanaca at a Mexican restaurant the night before.
When the Jets scored their last TD run by Jones, the team swarmed him right in front of me and the chick I was with. Mark saw me in the crowd and did a double take and gave me a thumbs up. Pretty cool that he recognized me. I thought he was going to be the QB the Jets were looking for.

Kenny did have a good arm he also had Freeman,Hector,Mickey Shuler,Toon and Walker. Marino would have killed for that group and that's just the Offense..
