He (Mo Wilk) is one of the two defensive linemen that will stabilize our approach come next year... He was far from ready to return when he did, but between the doctors and TB wanted to play the best players he had screwed over the success we had the previous year...
Have to believe if Mo wasn't completely healthy and mentally ready along with a football game shape Revis that we would of been way better than we were... It only takes a couple of players to destroy a game plan and we witnessed that this year...
Missing assignments or lack of communication starts with the lack of execution these two were able to complete which put the other nine guys in circumstances they were either unable or not capable of doing... Not so much the talent but experience, continuity and chemistry were our issues this year... We had the depth but they were inexperienced and because of that they weren't on the same page with the veterans on the team which put us in worst predicaments throughout the year... At times they looked okay but the latter they were no where congealed as a unit, can blame coaching but in retrospect it was all on the players to work together as a unit...
