This is great but we all need to keep this in context, Zack and Lawrence only played two series. Fields played the most snaps if I'm correct. Lance and Jones played quite a bit also but not as much a Fields. Now I'm hoping like everyone else that if Zack played the same amount of snaps that Fields did that his QB rating would be the same or even better but who knows at this point. They kept it very vanilla for the kid and he did great with it. He was poised, the control and precise with his decisions and passes. Definitely something that was very good to take from and hopefully he and the team keeps this going.

the line protected him very well. if this continues, and that's a big "if", then we may have to look for things to complain about in the future rather then trying to decide what to complain about first

I always hoped we could have a solid rookie QB and have a line good enough to protect him while he learned so that he never has to have the fear of being blindsided. Dont know if Darnold could have been great or not, but he sure as heck never had this.

brady always had this his entire career if we can give this kid what brady always had\has then me and Bigmoe might actually get giddy here

right now all we have is 2 " ok" series, but that's better then we are used to. not quite time to do backflips yet but I'm working on them just in case

the line will carry the offense, run the ball and put Wilson in prime spots to be successful as he develops over the season...
