I would keep the GM and hire another Ravens as HC, maybe Ryan. Right now no one will want to try and fix this Jets mess. Got to get some credibility and have some stability in Jets Org! Keep Joe Douglas and allow him to run team and maybe Rex run first and great Defense can pull Jets out of this short term.

Look you can take a less talented team then the jets & with the right management you can make them play better. Yesterday i saw one team well coached & motivated. The other was just running around missing tackels etc. Baker made more tackles then the entire jet team. Almost lol. Am i saying the cardinals look like a lombardi coached team ? Not yet but like almost teams we have faced in past 15 years we get out coached.

I’d be shocked if he comes back

in the pressers, and on the sidelines he looks lost

i doubt by the end of the summer he’ll be able to find his way back to camp

i think he did a lot of acid when he was young and he’s having constant flashbacks now

I'd be surprised as well if Rodgers came back. Be prepared to be surprised. Rumor is Adams wouldn't come to the Jets if Rodgers was 1 and done. Now I know the promise of a JOHNSON means nothing, but for some reason I just think it's going to happen. It's the Jetsy thing to do.

Hard to say how to fix this mess. Woody injected himself and made it way worse! The team has talent but they are not a cohesive unit and the talent can't seem to be put into a position to capitalize on it.

Real problem with the team is in the trenches.
O line sucks,D line is even worse.
Our D is dependent on the D line getting pressure, they haven't. Second level can't tackle...

I haven't a clue how anyone would go about fixing this team. It absolutely boggles my mind how a team with as many talented players as this team has, and it has quite a few, can play so POORLY. Rogers has not played well but it's not fair to throw the blame on him. The whole team is failing to perform. I honestly think they will be hard pressed to find a good coach willing to come here and try to make sense of this roster.

Rumors were that the Colts wanted to give up on Richardson, at least before this game.
Pick this guy up if they do. He would be one of the better guys on the Jets right now.
