Gase couldn’t figure out how to get Bell the ball, he can’t figure out how to get Herndon or any TE the ball, he has to figure out how to get Mims the ball.

Gase doesn't know how to use a RB PERIOD! He didn't know how to use Jay Ajayi and had him traded. He couldn't figure out how to use Bell and we end up cutting him!

At the end of the day, I've never seen any player that Gase has developed or any player that has actually played better under Gase!
