I would trade mo fir a high first at this point, draft his replacement save 12 mil, pay Fitz. Draft o line at 20 to replace colon/winters.

With D'Brick gone all the more reason for making this trade.

Given the haul the Titans just got from the Rams perhaps they'll give up 2 of their 3 second rounders. That would allow Mac to draft:

1st round: Reggie Ragland, ILB

2nd round: Jason Spriggs, OL
2nd round: Michael Thomas, WR
2nd round: Kyler Fackrell, OLB

3rd round: Will Redmond, CB

4th round: Jalen Mills, S

This would mean Giacommini, Harris, and possibly Gilchrist would be gone next year with cheaper, younger, faster players. I would LOVE to see what Michael Thomas could do with Decker and Marshall also on the field. He and his former classmate, Devon Smith, will eventually replace the Big 2.

Other considerations are getting a center to replace Thor and another guard to replace the Idzik players still lingering.

THAT'S THE POINT! He was the highest paid QB at one point AND COULD BE THE HIGHEST PAID EVERY YEAR. But he put the team ahead of his greed. After all, how many more things can you buy with $200mm than you could with only $150mm?

AND I will agree Brady is a terrible example of someone sacrificing for the team..... Let's not forget Brady has his business under investigation by the NFL. The one with the shady medical guy that apparently the Pats have hired. So he's not getting his money as player but circumventing the cap and getting paid in other ventures. Now if the NFL can prove the obvious.
