I hope 0-16-1 is a common theme through training camp.
I became a fan in the summer of '81. We were supposed to be that type of team. so much so, WOR, where I watched Met games did specials all summer about the futility of the impending 81-82 season. We actually fielded an entertaining team that came very close to winning a playoff game until Todd got picked on the final play of the game. Been hooked ever since. it'll be that type of team that wins it all for us. Then, those of us who stuck it out all of our lives can opt out knowing it was worth it-Sort of

can still remember the announcers commenting on the stadium shaking. Before my stroke, somebody did post the youtude replay.
