Terrell Davis was on his way to being one of the best ever at his position when he got hurt. Speed, power, durability, he had the whole package. Did he do enough to get into the HOF? Hard for me to say.

if the jets didn't have terrell davis to deal with in '98 AFCCG, we would be chasing our 3rd SB title.. i firmly believe that..
out of all the backs i seen play in the league i can't think of anyone i would rather have for a season & the subsequent playoffs run..

You could make the case TD did more in his short time then many others did..Riggens is in and he made a total of 1 Pro Bowl and 1 All Pro.. TD was a 3 consecutive All Pro along with Pro Bowls plus 1990 All Decade team.. The Compiler never made a All Decade team..
I prefer Sims if both guys are healthy, but I can' argue with Terrell, great back who just missed making my ten.
