Kind of concerning to me that San Fransisco made the NFC Championship game and didn't miss a beat without him but nonetheless I really believe he's the right man for the job here in NYJ because of his character, personality and leadership qualities; happy birthday coach.

Without him and a handful of other staff he took with him. In fact they improved. A good coach has plenty of assistant and positional coaches, involved and with the same philosophies to continue on. Looks like San Fran will lose their OC this off season too. Talent is talent. Good coaches are well prepared. I'm sure Saleh has his staff in place for the inevitable loss of coordinators.
