I had my first 29 years ago, sudden cardiac arrest, took 24 minutes to revive me.

Happy Father’s Day guys.
Remember something doesn’t feel right get checked out.
Was in the hospital recently myself, had trouble catching my breath during heavy work outs. Thought it was a chest cold.
Went to the Dr. had multiple pulmonary embolism (blood clots in both lungs, multiple)
Was in the hospital for a bit.
Good now, on blood thinners.
Even if you feel under the weather, get checked out, who knows what’s going on nowadays with this covid.
