The show seems to be a huge distraction, but Ozzie Newsome did say that all the players seemed to practice harder and play better knowing the spotlight of the show was on them.
If they are forced to do it, I guess it could be a good thing if they approach it with the right mindset and attitude.

IF.......they are not distracted by all activity, which seems like a high probability to me.

I think, I hope anyway, that he was pointing out that the show was a positive not a negative influence on the team because as you say 2 wins doesn't cut it. Personally I would like to see at least 17 but will settle for however many it takes to make the play-offs, preferably not as a wild card team.

With a 17 game season, goal needs to be to make the playoffs (regardless of record).
