ESPN -- This puzzled me about the Arizona game: Despite their inability to block the Cards' edge rushers, the Jets rarely used a tight end in pass protection. Kellen Davis and Brandon Bostick played only nine snaps apiece. Why not use a tight end to help? Cimini asked that question to offensive coordinator Chan Gailey, and he said they didn't want to put them in that role because they didn't practice it during the week. I kid you not.

So let me get this straight: The Jets have a bunch of blocking tight ends, but none of them can block. Genius.

Why not ASJ in? Did anybody even see his name called on Monday? I don't think I ever saw him on the field? Meanwhile, Jenkins has actual talent at TE. He can block at least as good as the no names plus he can actually catch the ball. He was drafted high for a reason. It's actually comedic ally when the CS opts not to use Jenkins in a game where the Jets are getting manhandled and do not even stand a chance at winning the game because the AZ edge rushers cannot be blocked.......
