Texans coach Lovie Smith on start of offseason program: 'We've been waiting for this day for a long period of time. This kicks of the next, 2022 season.'

'Lot of new faces, coaching staff, players. Offseason program is voluntary, but when you win four games .. attendance was really good.'

Lovie Smith on Davis Mills: 'I am a believer in him and what he's going to do. He shows up every day. He has recruited other players to come here. I believe in him, Pep Hamilton, second year in system, so many good things that he did.'
