With NFL preseason nearly upon us, (HoF game is on Saturday August 9th, 2015), it is once again time for the HYATT™ (15th) Annual NFL Schedules & Weekly "Pik-'Em" Excel Spreadsheet.
Each year HYATT™ compiles a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with the NFL schedules for the season and lays it out with columns for entering an "X" to pick your choice to win each weekly game, and columns to enter the final scores of each game.
Each year at this time HYATT™ uploads it (see linky),so others can share in the work product, since it appears nobody in the world produces an Excel spreadsheet version of the NFL schedule - which is odd, since it's SO damned convenient to work with, (fully sortable), and search.
It comes with columns for 3 players in front of the Away and Home teams, but with Excel it's a simple matter to insert as many or as few columns as you have in your weekly football pool or friendly "Pik-'Em" contest.
To replace the column headers (PLYR) with participant names, click on a column to highlight it, then use the Home>Find & Select>Replace function to change the default (PLYR) to whichever participant's name you want in that column.
If picking the actual scores is how you float, those can be entered instead of an "X".
In the download HYATT™ provides 4 Excel schedule copies - time customized for the Eastern, Central, Mountain, & Pacific Time Zones in the U.S. - and one for our European brothers and sisters set to GMT, (Greenwich Mean Time), which is +5 hours ahead of the New York/Eastern Time zone.
There is also a notepad version listing the schedules in plain text.
All of this hard work is a gift from HYATT™ to the world, provided copyleft - which means you can copy it, alter it, repackage, & redistribute it as you see fit, without attribution to HYATT™, the author - so long as the end product is not sold for any profit.
Gifts to the world should remain gifts.
Get it while it's hot, good for the next 30 days at least. After that HYATT™ can't vouch for it's availability at the following linky.

68kb Winrar file, which can be opened with Winrar - or 7-Zip, if you need a free decompression program.
