Is it worse to get to the Superbowl and lose, or to not get there at all?

I'll never know, I didn't make it pro. As a fan I'll take every win I can get that gets me closer to the championship. I'd rather be the cavaliers than the raptors.

If you don't get to the Superbowl, you lost. Therefore I definitely think it's better to get there and lose. Yes the championship game losses felt bad. But not making the playoffs felt worse. Missing the playoffs in 2008 felt horrible.

As I stated in another post on this thread awhile back, I guess it all depends on how bad our team got beat. If it's a devastating loss like the Broncos getting crushed by the Seahawks three years ago or the Broncos getting crushing by the Redskins about 25 years ago, that's gotta be ruff. On the flip side, if your loss like Seattle did to NE two years ago or the Titans loss to the Rams about 15 years ago, that's gotta be devastating. Anything in between I guess might be manageable but we'll never know or it damn sure nuf doesn't seem like it.
