He was, but since he fled the scene and didn't return for an hour and a half. He couldn't be charged for dui. They had been partying following a celebration of the national title win.

Watching the story on TV earlier, all that ran throw my head was, "You're going to be a millionaire in a few weeks. Imbecile, why are you racing?" Forgetting that two people were killed. He could have been injured or killed racing. Why throw it all away for some dumb street racing?
