Gist of what Todd Bowles said: He has no problem with chippy stuff and chatter, but taking a swing is too much.

Marshall/Revis was highlight of '15 camp. All I can say is today was more chippy that anything I've seen from those two. #NYJ

Bowles says tomorrow night's practice will be like last year's "scrimmage" -more like a regular practice. MetLife wasn't available (soccer)

Todd Bowles noted Brandon Marshall wasn't only guy jawing, said he's not worried re: his reputation #jets

Its nice to see that offense has some leadership and pride. In Rex years it was all about the defense and the offense could never stand up for themselves. This is clearly different and a good thing in my mind. As long as no one is getting hurt, a little fire isn't a bad thing.
so long as the best player on offense isn't getting unhinged, i'm completely with you..

Not clear yet if Brandon Marshall will speak to reporters. He is visiting with his family right now.

Yeah. My problem with it is that Marshall has a habit of going bonkers and upsetting the team. hopefully he and Revis will kiss and make up

I was focused on Revis/Marshall all practice. But Geno has cooled off a bit from the first week

Wow, that sounded like a spirited practice!

I agree with Bowles, thats good, its football, we just can't have the punches cause thats where people can get hurt. What if Marshall broke his hand throwing that punch, or if Revis re-injured his wrist retaliating. Can't have that, but the spirited competition, I like the passion. We're ready for live action with Jacksonville.

Here's what i was waiting to here. it seems all is well in Jetsville. At least from Marshall's perspective. It was Marshall I was worried about blowing this up. here's Marshall's comments on it.

"We’re both pros, we’re both competitors,” Marshall said. “We come from the same neighborhood, cut from the same cloth. And we understand what happens on the field stays on the field.”

“He’s back… He’s see everything amazingly,” Marshall said. “He’s breaking up a lot of balls. It’s just being able to react. There were a couple of times even in 1-on-1s he slipped out of his breaks, but he saw it at the right time. So it’s just a matter of time before he’s the Darrelle of old. We’re expecting big things again out of him obviously. He’s the best corner in the league.”

Sounds like there will be no problem between them. I'm surprised Marshall spoke to the press. No ones hurt, this is a good think then.
