Jets Cancel Thursday Practice in Response to Jacob Blake Shooting

In response to the Jacob Blake shooting, the Jets have decided not to practice today. The team has provided no further information at this time. This may have been a sudden decision. The practice field was set up for the usual 9:20 start, and some staff members were seen walking the field — but it was confirmed at 9:24 that practice was cancelled.

Yeah that'll help. When the Jets get their butts handed to them in their first two games due to lack of preparation the minds of the media and viewers will be focused on Jacob Blake. Why not protest by donating their salaries for the day to black charities?
