The Jets have placed LB James Burgess, Jr. on the reserve/COVID-19 list. This means he tested positive or was exposed to someone who has been infected. He can return when he clears the protocols. Burgess became the fourth Jets player to land on the list. He started 10 games last season and will be competing for playing time this year.
