Milliner was a huge disappointment. But every team in the league misses on first round picks now and then. It isn't an exact science. You can't measure desire, nor predict injuries. For all the talk about Milliner being made of glass, I believe he only missed one game in his time at Alabama. If anything, he was viewed as a player who played despite injuries in college.
