Jets Drafting QB from todays Colleges

Jets have been awful drafting QBs and passed on so many since 1983. But now QBs are paid in Colleges as we also heard the best QB in next Draft said he won’t play for any bad teams! Not much NFL can do. Jets Players , Coaches and Fans, manager I’m afraid have screwed their chances in top draft QB! How? Just look at Jets current rookie Zach! Played 7 games booed and blamed for all Jets being a bad team. Second year he shouldn’t have played and he shouldn’t have started in first year. But Jets started him and panic set in with blitzes of ends and up middle running crazy. So what happens? Players wearing shirts against him and Coaches allowing it! This got the fans blaming him for Everything not thinking Zach hadn’t even played a 17 game season! But nope to bad Players who don’t want blame for their poor performance, they hung it all on Zach and Coaches allowed this! So what QB in College will risk his career coming to Jets with a 7-8 games in first season to be a Superstar QB or feel the wrath of media Jet Players, Coaches and Fans booing and mocking him after 8 games? It’s obvious Jets and Fans like puppets of media who has their hand up Fans asses speaking! Even the number one pick above Zach who wasn’t very good in first 8 games would had Jets Fans screaming sucks and booing him. Jags QB didn’t look good for almost 2 years. He had zero chance her with Jets 8 game superstar QB or bash by media fans and Team players good luck Drafting a QB because no QB in Draft would go there after seeing what the Jets entire Org done to Rookie QBs in 10 years

Media hypes Jets team because they know Jets fans are stupid and media can get the fans furious as Jets lose! Like this season talk of Super Bowl for Jets! Come on real Jets fans! Look at this team and see with Rogers getting crushed and Defense not getting to QBs how they were close to a Game that Big? I knew Media hype to get Fans all wound up and when it crashed and burned Media was ready to trash Jets teams starting with Rogers. This is Medias norm. Glad I jumped off teams back because now look at it! Going to trash the QB who Jets org and Media Players and Fans who destroyed any chance of this Rookie making it. He needed to sit and get head straight but out there with Zero help by fans , coaches, maybe everyone cheer every time Zach looks good and stop booing? Lmao yeah right he is toast and career! Zach never had a shot! Why? Because Drafted by one of the worst medias , coaching, fan bases in NFL to be superstar in less than season or booing him. Yeah I’m sure many college QBs top 5 would love to do that chance in 8 games! Lol

Whatever else Zach may be, he isn't a rookie. You can't take a guy with the second pick of the draft and not play him for two seasons, particularly with a success-starved team like the Jets. Truth is he shouldn't have been taken until the third round or so.

Plenty of us were shocked watching Zach behind center his rookie year. To this day, he just doesn't look right running the offense.

No there lies the rub, you can take a QB no. 1 or no. 256 overall and sit him for a year or two until he is ready to assume the reigns that is what a good team would do, no fear in the outside noise to groom what or whom might be the franchise guy for one to two decades.

The excuse that these teams are rushed into putting players in too fast is the win now approach, is bullshit. We knew we were in a rebuild, could of kept Darnold, could of signed Mike White and Joe Flacco to be the bridge guy until dipshit was properly groomed to assume the reigns when he was ready, would have been better for Zach and literally with the team we now have he would have been better prepared to take that step.

Handing the keys to a QB with 1 good year of college football does not end well for most NFL teams that have to rebuild an entire offense from bottom on and up as we have yet to do properly in years.

Which suggests why we are always turning over the signal caller job every couple years.

It all starts at the top. Eye for talent and all that. For some reason, when it comes to the QB position, the Jets don't have it. No explanation for it that I can come up with. Someone should chose that as a Thesis topic. "The Curse of The NY Jets: A Real Thing or Fan Induced Psychosis?"
